Internal agent
One agent that many people in a company can give work to.
Shopify's River, which works in public Slack channels, is an example. Because many people direct one identity, decide whose limits apply: the agent's, or those of the person asking. If the agent can do more than the person asking, that person can get it to do what they could not.
